Are you new to R and just getting started with coding? This R support session might be for you. This will be a recurring R consulting session offered by Karen De la Rosa, our Senior Data Science Ambassador. Read the details below for further information:
What is this R consulting session for? The goal for these sessions is to provide additional R support for students, faculty, and staff at the University of Arizona through a series of virtual meetings for consulting purposes. Hence, this will be an online Drop-in (and by Appointment) consulting Event.
When and how are we meeting? We will be meeting via Zoom every Wednesday at 3 pm until the end of the Semester (excluding Holidays). Please contact Karen De la Rosa at firstname.lastname@example.org for our Zoom login information and additional details.
What areas will we be consulting on? Our support sessions will specifically focus on Machine Learning, Clustering, Sentiment Analysis, statistical analysis in R (regressions, t-test, anovas, mediation and moderation modeling, structural equations, etc.), and Data Visualizations. Support might also extend to other areas and procedures depending on the tasks at hand.
Do you have any other questions or concerns? Please contact Karen De la Rosa at email@example.com
Additional note: If you are in need of additional R support and/or you would like to get acquainted with other data science engagement groups, faculty, and help sessions on campus, you are also welcome to attend our R Programming Labs with Dr. Jeff Oliver, our Data Science Specialist at the Office of Digital Innovation & Stewardship.
