Undergraduates

The Data Science Institute supports and sponsors many computational and data science events at the University of Arizona.
Be part of the data science community in a variety of ways including:
- Join the weekly Coffee & Code, Hacky Hour, and Code Commons meetings and events that are open to all and are great opportunities to network!
- Participate in the annual spring events, Women in Data Science (WiDS) and Research Bazaar (ResBaz) Tucson.
- Become a certified Carpentries Instructor.
- Sign up to use one of our reservable workstations. Ultrawide (49") curved monitors are available at each workstation. You must have a CatCard and be approved for access to the second floor of BSRL for the workstations. Note that the workstations are not for regular use as an assigned temporary workspace.
