Dr. Ryan Bartelme, Staff Data Scientist at Accelerate Diagnostics, and former UArizona Data Science Fellow postdoc, discusses his path from the wet-lab bench to full-time data scientist.

What is techbio and how is it different from Biotech? What might a data scientist do at these organizations? Ryan's talk will answer these questions by exploring the nuances between what a techbio company is vs. a Biotech company.
