Katherine (Katie) Herder, MPH

Katie is a PhD Biostatistics student at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health and a graduate research associate with the University of Arizona Health Sciences Comprehensive Center for Pain and Addiction. She earned her Master of Public Health with a concentration in biostatistics at the University of Arizona prior to entering the PhD program. Before her graduate studies, Katie was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic. Her research focuses on advancing statistical methodologies for analyzing clinical trial data while integrating real-world evidence to provide a comprehensive understanding of healthcare outcomes and treatment efficacy within the realm of pharmaceutical sciences.
