Exploratory Data Analysis in R: Exploring like a Data Adventurer

Exploring like a Data Adventurer

When

1 – 2:30 p.m., May 9, 2022

Exploring distributions and summary statistics from your data is necessary to uncover whether it’s ready for analysis or requires further attention. In this workshop attendees will examine distributions and relationships from a data set using the dlookr package in the R programming language.

Objectives:

1. Use summary statistics to better understand individual columns in a data set.

2. Assess data normality in numerical columns.

3. Produce a publishable HTML with summary statistics and normality tests for columns within a data set.

Prerequisites:

Attendance in the previous workshop in the series is not necessary. Familiarity with the R programming language in RStudio is helpful, but not necessary.

This workshop is virtual. Please complete the registration form.
