Linh Tran
Genetics
Linh Tran is a Ph.D. student in the Genetics GIDP, with minors in Molecular Medicine and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. Her doctoral research focuses on applying supervised machine learning algorithms to population genetics statistical inference methods. Linh holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College and have experiences working in organic chemistry, biochemistry, as well as virology research labs before transitioning to fully computational biology work.
