Exploratory Data Analysis in R - Diagnosing like a Data...Doctor

Exploratory data analysis can uncover issues that can invalidate results and question the reproducibility of a study.

In this workshop attendees will diagnose and uncover issues in columns from a data frame using the dlookr package in the R programming language and RStudio.

Objectives

1. Load and explore a data set with publication quality tables
2. Diagnose outliers and missing values in a data set
3. Prepare an HTML summary report showcasing properties of a data set
