Christian is a third-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Environmental Sciences in the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences. He specializes in bioinformatics and utilizes computational and data analysis tools to gain insights into biological systems. Christian's research focuses on developing workflows and pipelines for analyzing and integrating multiomics datasets, enabling a better understanding of how biological systems respond to environmental disturbances. In his free time, Christian enjoys playing video games, reading books, and spending time with his dog. As a Data Science Ambassador, Christian is excited to share his expertise and inspire others, fostering collaboration and driving data-driven discoveries in environmental sciences at the University of Arizona.
